Our story began in Los Angeles in 2006 with a 2200 square foot building and a dream. Our founder, Tisha O’Dowd, opened Abbracci Medspa and it soon became (and continues to be) the premier medical spa in the South Bay. After selling her business to 3 doctors and moving to Tennessee in 2015, she took a break to raise her 3 girls and establish herself in her new home.
Opened in the fall of 2020, SkinTheoryRx, is something near and dear to Tisha’s heart. She even considers it a part of her family. With a heart that loves to serve others, a dedicated staff and expert providers, we hope to bring a much needed medical aesthetic presence to downtown Franklin and serve you well.

Abby Riley is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician. She is a Tennessee native, and truly passionate about skin! She is Hydrafacial MD certified, an Acne specialist, and our go-to for ALL your lash needs!

Fernanda is a licensed medical aesthetician. She brings 16 years of medical aesthetic experience from Orange County, CA, where she worked hand-in-hand with doctors and surgeons to transform skin. Her client roster includes everyone from celebrities to hard-working mama and everyone in between! Fernanda is certified in HydraFacial MD, Advanced Peels, Microneedling, and more!

Building relationships, is my first priority! I love to learn their personal stories, as they are all unique, and play such an impactful role into 'why' behind the desire to improve appearance.
Amanda Birardi is a Registered Nurse, with advanced injector training and experience. She originally began her career in orthopedics and neurosurgery in 2009. In 2016 she took a leap of faith into the cosmetic industry, in which she always had her heart set on.
Outside of the office her passions include faith, health, fitness, traveling, and her sweet 2 year old dog, Charlee.

Dr. Lucas Bryant is a dual board-certified and fellowship-trained facial plastic surgeon. His exceptional training, expertise, and artistic eye help to ensure true-to-you treatment plans for each patient.
He received his B.S. from University of Minnesota. He went on to complete his medical school training at Eastern Virginia Medical School, where he received many academic honors, including his induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society (AOA).
